30: 15 in the American League and 15 in the National League.

Is every team equally likely?

Yes. All 30 teams sit on equal slices, so each has a 1 in 30 chance. Your browser's cryptographic random number generator chooses where the wheel stops. On the American League or National League wheel, each of the 15 teams has a 1 in 15 chance.
